ACCOMMODATION: hunting lodge based on double occupancy.
I T I N E R A R Y
Day 1 arrival in Yekaterinburg, transfer to the hunting area, accommodation.
Day 2 -6 5 hunting days
Day 7 transfer to Yekaterinburg,departure in the morning
Wounded and lost animal - no refund!
NOTE: A € 1200 prepayment is required in 30 days before the hunt for every requested roe deer. This deposit will be taken into account of trophy fee when making the balance of hunting results, if the client has no opportunity for roe deer, he gets €850 back in 10 days after we get the hunting protocol. €350 from this prepayment for every roe deer non-refundable. The final balance is made after the hunt . Clients do not take money to pay for the trophies to the area.
Be advised that:
Roebuck trophies are weighted only in 24 hrs, after boiling, if you want your trophy to be weighted immediately, in this case the following formula is used: trophy weight - 3%.
* Wounded and lost Roe Deer must be paid as a Roe Deer weighted up to 650 g
Combination roe deer + moose hunt from the 1st of October.
For the combination we would offer 7-8 day hunt. Then you are assured for the moose as well.
€ 1.700, - 9 day trip, 7 day hunt plus roe deer trophy fees and moose trophy fee
€ 500 is to be paid up front for every additional big game tag. Non refundable.
After harvesting an animal this amount is taken into account for trophy fee.

Costs include: transfer to the hunting area and back; hunting license; transportation during the hunt; services of an experienced guide; accommodation and meals in the hunting camp; services of interpreter.
Costs exclude: Hotel before and after the hunt; meals and alcoholic beverages in Yekaterinburg; alcoholic beverages in hunting camp; items of a personal nature, additional transfer*,tips.
EXTRA:
€ 150 Formalities package per hunter: invitation; meeting clients upon arrival in Yekaterinburg; firearm permit; international veterinary certificate.
Additional transfer means that if the clients would like to stay overnight in Yekaterinburg upon arrival or departure, or to leave the area earlier that it was planned according to the program, it leads to the extra costs for the clients, because hunting area representatives must also stay overnight in Yekaterinburg or organize additional transfer to Yekaterinburg. In all above mentioned cases additional payment of 300 € is supposed to be paid by the group of clients or by individual hunter.
