GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL KINDS OF HUNTING

Type of hunt:
chase, individual
Attending personnel:
1 guide for 1 hunter; 1 cook and 1 translator for the group
Hunting camp:
small houses or heated tents, electricity, satellite telephone
Transportation to the hunting camp:
mini bus (6-7 hours) + helicopter (50 min.) or and airplane (1 hour 50 min.) + helicopter (30 min.) depending on the place of hunt
The following is included into the price:
- Meeting - seeing off in the airport of the town of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskyвстреча
- Meeting - seeing off in the airport of the centers of the districts (of the tour program);
- Transportation to the hunting area - mini bus, helicopter (of the tour program);
- Accommodation in the hunting camp;
- Food in the camp (alcohol is not included);
- Services of the attending personnel;
- Preprocessing of the trophies and packing for transportation;
- Hunting license, trophy documents

The following is not included into the price:
- Accommodation in the hotel in the town of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky
The class of the hotel depends on the request of the clients (site of the hotel).
- Food in the town of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
- A return airplane ticket Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky - the center of the district (in case it is included in the program of the tour).

The company provides:
- The tour for a client who does not hunt, but is in the group of hunters;
- Possibility to hunt an additional trophy;

Additional way of spending time while in the hunting area:
fishing Arctic char, East Siberian char, Rainbow trout with a fishing rod or a sprinning.

Any changes of the conditions of the tour and the group composition by the hunters request are confirmed additionally.

ACCOMMODATION:     tents or cabins

I T I N E R A R Y

Day 1            arrival in Moscow, flight to Petropavlovsk

Day 2            arrival in Petropavlovsk, transfer by car to Esso, оvernight in Esso

Day 3            fly by helicopter to the hunting area, approximately 1 hour

Day 4 - 12    9 day hunt

Day 13          fly to Esso, transfer to Petropavlovsk

Day 14           arrival to Petropavlovsk, overnight

Day 15          fly to Moscow, departure Moscow 

* TRANSFER FEES ARE NON-COMMISSIONABLE. Transfer can be by helicopter or car truck (depending on the area).  

Wounded and lost animal - no refund!

ADDITIONAL TROPHIES should be booked before the hunt.

            second bear + € 200 CITES 

            is to be paid up front for every additional big game tag.  Non refundable.

             After harvesting an animal this amount is taken into account for trophy fee.

             Wolf  - by chance  + € 200 CITES               

            Stone capercailie  (available not in all camps)                 

Costs include: Meeting up and drop off at the airport; Bus transfer Petropavlosk - Esso - Petropavlovsk; All transportation in the hunting area; Accommodation and food in the camp during the whole tour; Service of professional guide; All serving staff including one interpreter per group/camp; field preparation of the trophy.

Costs exclude:  Airline ticket to/from Moscow and Petropavlovsk; items of a personal nature; all hotels and meals outside the hunting camp; excess luggage payment charged by airlines; sightseeing program; the cost of any extra hunting days; non hunter fee, taxidermy in Moscow, trophy shipment, tips.

You must bring your own: sleeping bag, field thermos, sunglasses, one pair of long warm waterproof boots and one pair of shot warm waterproof boots.

Hunting kit must be warm. It is very necessary for a long snowmobile driving.   

 BE ADVISED THAT IF YOU BRING YOUR HUNTING KNIFE WITH YOU, YOU SHOULD INFORM US ABOUT ITS NUMBER!!!
